Andersson & Dorsch carried out its first outplacement in 1991. So when we say we are one of the most experienced companies in outplacement, when we say that we are leaders in outplacement, above all at an executive level, we really mean it.
Our first mentoring program started in 2001 and today we run a wide variety of mentoring programs, both for individuals and entire teams and departments, as well as carrying out a range of Talent Management and HR-strategy projects.
