Our company had a problem with too many resignations from one particular department. As Head of HR I needed help stopping the acute drain of talent, and time to start implementing more long-term measures before too many people handed in their notice. In short we couldn’t afford to lose any more specialists. A&D “saved” the department and at the same time supported our line manager. As well as this they became a sounding board about actions we in HR could take to drive ahead the development of a more concrete way of working with Talent Management.
